Our management offer
We offer a complete property management service at all of our shared and private accommodation. Our Wembley based lettings team is available to answer queries from any of our partners and residents during office hours.
Every location has a dedicated property manager, so residents know their home is being managed with care.
We have an on-site office at Northwick Park Village near Harrow on the Hill; our biggest scheme with over 600 residents. This is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for residents to come in and see us. The site also benefits from an after hours security guard who can help with a variety of enquiries.
Our St Albans properties also have an on-site office open at least one day a week.
Every block we own and manage has a secure entry system, giving you the reassurance that your employees are safe in their home. And every block has an intercom system as standard; many have modern video intercom systems.
All communal areas of our shared accommodation are cleaned on a weekly basis to ensure the upkeep of the kitchens. Shared areas in private accommodation are also cleaned and we regularly maintain the grounds at all of our developments.
Each property is thoroughly cleaned when it becomes empty, so you can re-use the room as soon as possible.
We have a skilled in-house Handyperson team which attends to repairs at all of our properties.
The team is available out of hours if needed, to help employees who may not work regular hours.
Residents can report a repair to our 24-hour contact centre, on our website or in person at one of our on-site offices.
As our residents are working professionals, we also offer the option for a handyperson to attend to a repair without them being present. We will only do this if the resident has given us permission to do so and is comfortable with the arrangement.
We aim to attend to emergency repairs within 24 hours and general repairs within seven days.
We also ensure that all our properties carry up to date Gas Safety Certificates.
Since the contract will be directly between your company and SNG, you will be responsible for rent payments. Rent can be settled using purchase order numbers, typically raised by organisations to cover either the contract's total cost or a year's worth. Alternatively, you have the option to make quarterly payments.
We can offer extended leases for your organisation to lease out as you require, so you know you always have quality affordable accommodation available when you need it.
A management agreement will be established between your organisation and SNG. Your employees will lease the properties from your business, rather than from us. Your organisation will be directly listed as our tenant.
Our partners sometimes choose to manage the properties themselves. If this is the case then we will work with your organisation to see what help you would require from us to meet your business needs.
We can still handle your repairs service, maintenance and cleaning. The frequency of our cleaning schedule would depend on your use of the space.
