Meet our Executive Board

While the Board is responsible for the effective governance of the business, day to day management is delegated to the Executive Board members. 

The Executive Board, led by Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Washer, work to deliver the strategy, oversee and improve performance while protecting and growing our organisation. 

All colleagues have a role to play in ensuring that we provide good quality, safe and affordable homes and housing management services. But the Chief Customer Officer has responsibility for SNG's compliance with consumer regulation (including the Regulator of Social Housing's Consumer Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures), building safety across existing assets, customer health & safety, safeguarding, repairs and other customer services.
